Your brew, your dose.
Start with the original settings below. Coffee dose is the weight of dry grounds; changing it scales the water automatically. Temperature is the water temperature when pouring. Step times do not scale automatically.

Enter water per step at the base dose of 13 g. Your selected dose scales these amounts automatically. Set a step to zero for waiting or pressing. The actual amount to pour appears beneath each field and in the guided steps.
Before starting the timer
- Fit a paper filter in the standard cap. Use a sturdy receiving cup and check usable chamber space.
- Inversion can spill hot liquid. Follow the brewer manual; use an upright recipe if unfamiliar. Seat the plunger firmly on a level surface before adding coffee.
- Prepare the filter cap before starting. Attach it securely before turning; support the chamber, plunger and receiving cup together.

Keep this page open and your device volume on. Sounds may not play when the tab is suspended or the screen is locked. Timing catches up when you return.
In each pour, “Add” is the water for that step. “Scale target” is the cumulative water added since the start: tare before the first pour, not between pours. The timer advances automatically; pause if you need more time. Duration fields use seconds (60 s = 1 minute).

- Start timing with the first pour unless preparation says otherwise. Keep the brewer attended; stop pressing if resistance is high.
- Grinder clicks apply only to the named model. Adjust one variable at a time; flavour outcomes are not guaranteed.
