How it works
Coffee = total water ÷ ratio. Ice = total water × ice percentage. Hot water = total water − ice. With 500 g total water and 40% ice: use 200 g ice and 300 g hot water.
Before you brew
This models ice intended to melt as part of the recipe. Extra serving ice is not included. Finished yield will be lower because grounds retain water; melting and extraction depend on your method.
